Kreova isn't just a store. It's a vertical operation — from design to laser cutting to a customer's wall. Every piece is cut from metal, every element must physically connect (no floating parts), and the platform manages the entire journey from click to delivery.
The Challenge
No off-the-shelf platform could handle what this needed. Products aren't just products — they're manufacturing jobs. Every order triggers a production workflow. Every variant changes the cut file. The store had to think like a factory.
The Approach
Built everything custom. The storefront handles the complexity invisibly — customers see beautiful art, not the manufacturing logic underneath. Behind the scenes, a production dashboard tracks each piece from raw material through cutting, quality control, and delivery. An AI assistant handles customer questions so the team can focus on making things.
Impact
Live and operating. Orders flow from browser to laser cutter to doorstep without manual handoffs. What used to take spreadsheets and phone calls now runs itself.
